1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using thedeskpro.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by The DeskPro, 2931 N Front St, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

2. What the Site is

The Site describes our business process outsourcing and remote staffing services and lets you contact us, request candidates, book a consultation, apply for a role or apply to our affiliate program. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract, and submitting a form does not create any engagement between us.

3. Not professional advice

Content on the Site, including articles and guides, is provided for general information. It is not legal, insurance, tax, financial or compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. The DeskPro is not an insurance agency or carrier: we do not sell insurance, provide coverage advice, bind coverage, or make coverage or claim determinations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
• submit another person’s personal information without their permission;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload or probe the Site or its APIs;
• attempt to access any non-public area of the Site, including the staff dashboard;
• interfere with the Site’s security features or rate limits;
• use the Site to send spam, malware or unlawful content.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

5. Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. By submitting information you confirm you have the right to provide it and you grant us permission to use it to respond to you and, where applicable, to assess your application, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential client data, credentials, payment card details or identification documents through Site forms.

6. Recruitment

The DeskPro never charges candidates a fee at any stage of recruitment and never requests payment, bank details or identification documents in order to progress an application. Genuine recruitment correspondence comes from an @thedeskpro.com address. If you receive a request claiming otherwise, do not act on it and contact us at info@thedeskpro.com.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, code and trademarks are owned by The DeskPro or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, or use our name or branding to imply endorsement, without written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and social platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time, including content and service descriptions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The DeskPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Client engagements

Any staffing or outsourcing services we provide are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
